Hakan Boyav — Biography

Hakan Boyav was born in 1964 in İzmir.

He completed his education at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Dokuz Eylül University.

Having worked for a period at the State Theatres, Hakan Boyav had his first acting experience with the series Asmalı Konak, in which he took a role in 2003.

He has appeared in the series Kış Güneşi, Beyaz Karanfil, Hanımın Çiftliği, Gece Gündüz, Kalpsiz Adam, Duvar, Dağlar Delisi, Fırtına, Hırsız Polis, Seher Vakti and Arapsaçı.

He is part of the cast of the series Payitaht Abdülhamid, broadcast on TRT, in which the leading roles are shared by Özlem Conker, Bülent İnal, Ezgi Eyüboğlu and Akın Akınözü, and he plays the character Mahmud Paşa.

Hakan Boyav has also managed to take his place in the world of cinema with the films Vali and Behzat Ç. Seni Kalbime Gömdüm.
