Ushan Çakır — Biography
Ushan Çakır was born on 23 May 1984 in İzmir and trained as an actor at Istanbul University's State Conservatory.
He began his career in theatre, performing with several independent stages, and gained wide recognition for the character Arda in the 2011 series Leyla ile Mecnun.
After the films Dedemin İnsanları and Uzun Hikaye, he appeared in the series Kurt Seyit ve Şura, Kara Ekmek and Muhteşem Yüzyıl Kösem, and portrayed Zaganos Pasha in the docudrama Rise of Empires: Ottoman.
He plays the character Mehmet in the series Kara Yazı, broadcast on Kanal D.
