Gate of Heaven (Cennetin Kapısı) (translated)

Cennetin Kapısı ("The Gate of Heaven") is a 1973 Turkish drama film from the Yeşilçam era, co-directed by Fikret Hakan and Halit Refiğ. Alongside Hakan in the lead, the cast includes Arzu Okay and Sevda Ferdağ.

Made during one of Turkish cinema's most prolific periods, the film stands out as one of the relatively rare projects in which Hakan — primarily known as an actor — also worked behind the camera.
