Darbe is a 1976 Turkish film directed by Şerif Gören from a screenplay by Erdoğan Tünaş. Produced by Gülşah Film and running 86 minutes, the picture stars Cüneyt Arkın and Fikret Hakan. Blending adventure, drama and political themes, it follows two former army comrades who join forces to solve a murder.

Ahmet, nicknamed "Baba," earns his living as an accounting clerk, while his son Ali works as a laborer and union member at the same factory. When Ali is killed during a strike—after the factory manager has pressured Ahmet to persuade his son to quit the union—the grieving father turns to his old army friend Kemal, now a businessman, for help in finding the killer. As they pursue the truth together, both men begin to question their own lives and choices.
