Öldüren Şehir

Öldüren Şehir ("The Killing City") is a Turkish film released in 1953. It was directed by Ömer Lütfi Akad, one of the leading figures of Yeşilçam cinema, and stars Nubar Terziyan, Belgin Doruk, Ayhan Işık and Kenan Pars. The picture belongs to Akad's early period, the years in which he helped shape the visual language of Turkish cinema, and it brought together several performers who would become major stars of the era.
