My Daisy (Papatyam) (translated)

Papatyam is a Turkish family comedy series produced by Mint Productions, which premiered on Star TV on 6 January 2009. The show stayed on air for four seasons and wrapped up with its 121st episode on 28 December 2011.

The story begins when two middle-aged people, both long past believing in romance, cross paths on a television matchmaking show. He is a man with three failed marriages behind him and no luck in matters of the heart; she is a woman left scarred by betrayal. Deciding to build a fresh start together under one roof, they soon discover that their children fiercely oppose the union, while the crowded household generates endless everyday chaos. The series handles these clashes with a tone that blends laughter with moments of genuine melancholy.

Metin Akpınar and Nilgün Kasapbaşoğlu take the leading roles, supported by a cast that includes Zuhal Topal, Atılgan Gümüş, Miray Daner and Onur Buldu.
