Gırgır Ali

Gırgır Ali is a 1982 Turkish film blending comedy, adventure and crime elements. Directed by Çetin İnanç from a screenplay by Cüneyt Arkın, it was produced by Mehmet Karahafız for Anıt Film, shot in color on 35 mm, and runs 80 minutes. Salih Dikişçi served as cinematographer.

Cüneyt Arkın stars in the title role of Gırgır Ali, with Emel Tümer playing Emel. The story follows Ali, whose ailing elderly uncle wants to leave him his inheritance, but Ali refuses. Meanwhile, an old friend accused of murder turns to Ali for help, setting off a chain of events that unfolds into a chase.
