Recep İvedik 4

Recep İvedik 4 is a Turkish comedy film released on 21 February 2014 and the fourth installment of the Recep İvedik series. Directed by Togan Gökbakar from a screenplay by lead actor Şahan Gökbakar, it follows Recep, who coaches a football team made up of children from his neighborhood. When the vacant lot where they train — and where Recep played as a child — is bought by a wealthy contractor, he decides the only way to save it is to buy it himself.

To raise the money, Recep enters the big-prize Survivor competition, moving the story to the Maldives, where filming took place. Produced by Çamaşırhane, the film drew nearly 7.4 million viewers, becoming the second most-watched film of all time in Türkiye after Recep İvedik 5. The cast includes Şahan Gökbakar alongside İrfan Kangı, Nurullah Çelebi, Ali İhsan Varol and Cem Korkmaz.
