Osman Alkaş — Biography

Osman Alkaş was born in 1955 in Cyprus.

He completed his education in the Acting Department of the Ankara State Conservatory.

Osman Alkaş, who began his artistic career as a contracted member of the Cyprus State Theatre, founded the Nicosia Municipal Theatre.

For a long time he made children's programmes, morning programmes and cooking programmes, and he hosted women's programmes on the radio.

Known for the series Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman Ki, Osman Alkaş has appeared in the series Hayat Şarkısı, Bedel, Kurt Seyit ve Şura and Eski Hikaye.

He is part of the cast of the series Bu Şehir Arkandan Gelecek, broadcast on Atv and starring Gürkan Uygun, Leyla Lydia Tuğutlu and Kerem Bürsin, in which he plays the character Rauf.
