Toprak Sağlam — Biography

Toprak Sağlam is an actress with a theatre training who moves between supporting and lead parts in television drama, and who also sings. Most recently, in 2026, she played Altın in the ATV series A.B.İ. Before that, her most talked-about part was Zerrin in Yalı Çapkını in 2023, a role that divided audiences.

She graduated first in her class from the Theatre Department of the Müjdat Gezen Arts Center Conservatory in 2007; her graduation play was Kaç Baba Kaç, and she then appeared on stage in Herostratus'u Unut and Artiz Mektebi. She reached the screen in 2005 as Fidan in İlk Göz Ağrısı, followed by Karınca Yuvası, Kuzey Rüzgarı and Dantel. Her first feature, Raşit Çelikezer's Gökten Üç Elma Düştü (2008), brought her the Promising New Actress award at the 20th Ankara International Film Festival. The following years went to series (Hicran Yarası, Yerden Yüksek, Osmanlı Tokadı, Kara Ekmek) and films (Eksik, Delibal, Düğüm Salonu). She played Gözde in Bodrum Masalı, Emel in Güvercin and Nermin in Elkızı, and Mehmed: Bir Cihan Fatihi is also among her credits.

Her family roots are in Trabzon; she did folk dancing for eleven years, has long played guitar and sung, and released the singles Can Yarası in 2017 and Gitme in 2020.
