Perihan Savaş — Biography
Born Şerife Perihan on 14 June 1957 in İstanbul, Perihan Savaş began performing at five in the children's section of the İstanbul City Theatres, appearing in plays such as Küçük Prenses and Romeo-Jüliyet through 1970.
She made her film debut in 1971 in Şehzade Sinbad Kaf Dağında and went on to appear in close to 120 films, becoming one of the best-known actresses of the Yeşilçam era. In more recent years she played Sultan Koçovalı in the Show TV series Çukur and took roles in the series Elkızı and Sahtekarlar.
