Arif V 216

Arif V 216 is a 2018 science-fiction comedy built on a script by Cem Yılmaz, who also produced it through CMYLMZ together with Nulook. Kıvanç Baruönü directed the picture, which forms the third chapter of the series that began with G.O.R.A. and continued with A.R.O.G.

The story picks up with Arif back on Earth after his adventures on the planet Gora, now living a quiet existence. That calm ends when an artificial being called Robot 216 shows up wanting to feel love, laughter and everyday human life. Eventually the pair end up traveling through a time machine to the late 1960s, where they cross paths with the era's well-known film stars.

Cem Yılmaz leads a cast that features Ozan Güven, Seda Bakan, Zafer Algöz, Özkan Uğur, Özge Özberk, Kerem Alışık, Ediz Hun, Farah Zeynep Abdullah, Mert Fırat and Ahu Yağtu. After its Istanbul premiere the movie opened across a large number of theaters nationwide, quickly drawing large audiences before also reaching screens in parts of Europe.
