Hazer Amani — Biography

Hazer Amani was born in 1977 in Ankara. His mother is Turkish and his father is Iranian. He completed his education in the Sociology Department of the Middle East Technical University. In 2001 he travelled to Africa and received culinary training at Cordon Bleu. At the Cape Wine Academy he received four years of training in wine and viticulture. He worked as Executive Chef at a restaurant called Chilai in İstanbul Bebek and received the Most Creative Chef award. Hazer Amani, who has had many world-famous celebrities taste his dishes, is part of the instructor chef staff of the American Hospitality Academy International Hotel Management Schools. Hazer Amani served as a jury member alongside Mehmet Yalçınkaya and Somer Sivrioğlu in the MasterChef competition broadcast on TV8.
