Canım Sana Feda ("My Life for You") is a 1965 black-and-white Turkish film written by Safa Önal and directed and produced by Halit Refiğ, made through the Uğur Film and Nilay Film production companies. It reflects the popular melodramatic romance style common in Turkish cinema of that era.

The story follows Türkan, who works at a nightclub to support herself and pay for the schooling of her younger sister Sibel, and her romance with truck driver Ahmet. Their relationship is complicated by the intervention of wealthy businessman Cevdet Tekin, whose pursuit of Sibel drives the sisters apart and pushes events toward a tragic climax.

The cast is led by Cüneyt Arkın and Muzaffer Tema, alongside Nilüfer Aydan and Esen Püsküllü.
