Come on, Shaban! (Atla Gel Şaban) (translated)

Atla Gel Şaban is a 1984 Turkish comedy directed by Natuk Baytan from a screenplay by Aydemir Akbaş. The 83-minute Cem Film production stars Kemal Sunal alongside Nevra Serezli, Dinçer Çekmez and Turgut Özatay. Niyazi, a poor man in urgent need of money, discovers an uncanny talent for predicting horse race results. When a mafia boss learns of this gift, he kidnaps Niyazi to have betting slips filled out on his own behalf — but Niyazi can only make his predictions if the minibus where he normally fills in his coupons is recreated exactly, right down to the song playing inside.

Curiously, no character in the film is actually named Şaban; Sunal plays a man called Niyazi. The actor later recalled that audiences knew him as Şaban, and that nobody seemed to notice the discrepancy between the posters and the film itself.
